PeepTek Solutions Project

Our team partnered with PeepTek, a startup specializing in HR and Payroll services, to execute a targeted marketing plan. We began by conducting a thorough analysis of PeepTek’s current market position, identifying key competitors, and understanding the nuances of the industry.

Our strategy encompassed both online and offline channels. On the digital front, we focused on optimizing PeepTek’s online presence through social media campaigns, targeted advertising, and content creation. We crafted engaging blog posts, infographics, and video content tailored to resonate with the HR and business audience.

PeepTek, a California-based startup founded five years ago by LaDonna Kearney, specializes in outsourced payroll and HR services for B2B clients. The name "PeepTek" reflects its focus on people and technology. The company values include supporting existing systems, forming collaborative partnerships, providing comprehensive training, and maintaining a commitment to being proactive, transparent, and truthful.

The S.W.O.T analysis unveiled PeepTek's strengths in specialized payroll expertise and effective client communication. Opportunities lie in cost-effective outsourcing, centralized operations, and expanding services like 401(k). However, weaknesses include limited social media presence, an undefined target client, and inconsistent branding. Threats encompass potential future automation and competition from other outsourcing firms.

Through market analysis and client interactions, we identified PeepTek's target consumers as small businesses, open to collaboration with medium to large companies. Our focus extended to owners seeking retirement, aiming to seamlessly manage payroll and HR during ownership transitions. The shift from being a referral-dependent company to proactively attracting potential clients independently became a strategic objective, informed by a nuanced understanding of market needs and client preferences.

During the campaign we made an Instagram account gaining some attention. Above are some social media posts along with statistics of the engagements. Our Instagram account made about 0.5% of interactions with potential clients. The account reached 10 views and 1 engagement per post. In the end we got 5 followers from Instagram. While checking upon PeepTek's official account they had about 1% of engagement. If PeepTek solutions had billboard displays across freeways which on average 269,090 per day view signs on I-405 alone. Which is 71% of drivers looking consciously at billboards just on that freeway. The pricing of billboards depending on the location could range from 2,000 to 15,000 a month.
